September is here and the sun has finally come out to play, the weather is looking good and the rivers are flowing so are the activities based in Cardiff and across South Wales.

This weekend we will be greeted by Tom and John or their Canyoning and Gorge Walking activities, the lads are staying in Cardiff city centre on their stag weekends, partying on the Saturday night but with us on the Saturday for their big event.

We will be meeting at the Sychryd Gorge for the morning session so the lads will be up in the Brecon beacons waterfalls for the best time of the day and get suited up in the action gear. After the initial brief on the activity the lads will be off and running for the activity event in the spectacular waterfalls of South Wales.

This week the schools are back but before they return we will be heading off coasteering with two scout groups from Shropshire for a fantastic day the in surf, climbing and traversing their way along the beautiful cliff faces of South Wales and Ogmore by Sea.

All the activities will be captured on camera an the groups will be in full flow showing what a fantastic place we have here in South Wales by Cardiff, Swansea and the Brecon Beacons.

We are also being visited by all the heads of state from around the world for the NATO Summit, so I'm off into the mountains to hide fro a while, just let me know when they have all gone and its over.
