There is rainfall through the week and rivers should start to flow futher. All gorge walking, gorge scrambling, Canyoning activities are suitable across the Brecon Beacons waterfalls region. Winds and swell may drop into the weekend but still unsuitable for coasteering. All sites are affected close to Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire, Ogmore by Sea. The sea conditions will be suitable mainly 2 - 3 hours before the high tide and 1 hour after high tide.
