All gorge walking, gorge scrambling, Canyoning activities are suitable across the Brecon Beacons waterfalls region. Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 13th June 2022 - Coasteering would not be suitable for the next few days with the swell and the wind conditions affecting most sites especially facing West and South West. Sites less affected by swell and wind in the more protected areas may have suitable conditions on the smaller swell days. All sites are affected close to Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Carmarthenshire, Ogmore by Sea. The sea conditions will be suitable mainly 2 - 3 hours before the high tide and 1 hour after high tide.
