All rivers across the region are running at 0.25 meters which is the average low. The gorge walking, gorge scrambling and Canyoning events are all suitable with little rain predicted over the next few days. Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 31stJanuary 2022 - Wind and swell conditions are not good for coasteering at the moment. The wind is predominantly Westerly up to 34 mph, the average winds are over 20mph, swells are over 3 - 4 feet. With swells and winds high the coasteering conditions in the local area to Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, Ogmore by Sea are not looking suitable due to the coastal and sea conditions.
