WEATHER - Tale of two halves the next few days, Friday 29th November will be dry with 18 mph Easterly winds, Saturday 30th will be wet and with high 32 mph Easterly winds 7 degrees and the rest of the week should be generally dry but lighter winds and predominantly Easterly direction. The Easterly winds will make the temperatures feel a lot lower especially when the winds are higher over the weekend. The temperatures will feel down to zero but with bright sunny skies. Monday onwards should feel brighter and warmer as the wind drops but still cold. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2648385?day=2) (https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weather/forecast/gcjqmsw80

COASTEERING CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, CARMARTHEN PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT - Coasteering in South Wales Cardiff, Swansea and Carmarthenshire is looking good on several days this week. There are Easterly winds all week for most days creating offshore wind conditions and creating calmer inshore seas. Swell should be around 3 feet on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday which should be OK if stays at that level for most coasteering events. The other days should be bigger swells and therefore no suitable coasteering conditions.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES REPORT 29th NOVEMBER 2019 - Looking very good this week for gorge walking, gorge scrambling and Canyoning through the week, clear skies, dry weather and saturated land for fantastic water flow and conditions for the gorge events. Coasteering is also looking good on several days with smaller swells and offshore Easterly winds
