EXPECTED RIVER LEVEL OVER NEXT 72 HOURS - .20 meters - .45 meters - .35 Meters

GORGE WALKING, CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING CARDIFF AND SWANSEA PREDICTED REPORT - Definitely depends on the day this week, very low rainfall over the last few weeks and very low rivers at .18. However there is heavy rain forecast on Friday and Saturday which will pick the rivers up considerably, the extent of which will be know with the specific rainfall. Possibly up to levels above .5 meters but dropping down very quickly as the land absorbs the rainfall. May cause a lot of debris as the rainfall dislodges the arid region of trees and rocks. Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and Canyoning in all should have good conditions especially from Saturday onwards with the higher rainfall and the rivers and waterfalls in flow. Must keep extra precaution of debris with the dry land and extra rainfall.

COASTEERING CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, CARMARTHEN PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT - Not a lot to be said about coasteering for the next few days. High winds, big swells, stormy seas all meaning entry and exit to the water will be unsuitable while conditions prevail. Cannot really see conditions changing for a few days.
SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT- Solid 3 - 6 foot swell all week. Surf accross the region but highly affected by the strong winds especially from the West. May get better surf on the Easterly facing beaches possibly on Coney Beach in Porthcawl and Caswell Bay in Swansea. Better days maybe Sunday and Monday with less wind and good swell.
