CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING AND GORGE WALKING CLOSE TO CARDIFF AND SWANSEA PREDICTED REPORT – Very little rain over the last few days and into this week. River levels are low but the waterfalls and rivers are still running. Canyoning, Gorge Scrambling and Gorge Walking events are all acceptable with good river levels.

Smaller swells this week after some epic surf. Maximum 3 feet swell so need to get in the water on the incoming tides with the push of the tide. Better coasteering and paddling this week.
