Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning South Wales, Cardiff, Swansea, Brecon Beacons Conditions Report 12.03.2020 - All gorge activities are looking very good this week. The rivers are on .55 meters at the moment on the river mellte. Canyoning, Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling all at the perfect levels. The week ahead is also looking very good weather wise, with dry periods all week and sunny spells. The lands around the gorges are saturated and will keep a constant flow in the rivers for the next few days. There is still a lot of debris in the rivers so extra caution must be taken in the water where there are strainers and debris through out the water course.

Coasteering Cardiff, Swansea, Porthcawl, South Wales predicted weekly report 12.03.2020 - Cardiff coasteering areas are still witnessing large swell and surf. The wind into next week is calming down but high for the next few days. Thursday through to Sunday has very high winds and large swells so definitely no coasteering for the next few days. Monday onwards has got lower winds and swell but still possibly to big for acceptable coasteering conditions.

WIND -Thursday 12th March 43 W / Friday 13th March 30 W / Saturday 14th March 23 SW / Sunday 15th March 30 S / Monday 16th March 15 N / Tuesday 17th March 12 SW/ Wednesday 18th March 5 SW / Thursday 19th March .High winds for the next few days and calming into the early part of next week. RAIN FALL - Wet on Thursday in the morning and staying dry for most of the week, possibly more rainfall on Sunday.
SEA STATE and SWELL -  Rough seas from Thursday - Sunday especially on Thursday with 43 mph Westerly winds. Friday and Saturday will also see strong South Westerly winds and rougher seas. There are also large swells following the winds. The beginning of next week will see lower winds and lesser swells and calmer seas.

Coasteering conditions are looking unsuitable due to large swells and high winds at the end of the week, possibly better conditions at the beginning of next week.
