WEATHER - Another week of dry warm weather here in South Wales, high temperatures 20 - 21 degrees and moderate to light winds changing direction through the week. GORGE WALKING, CANYONING, GORGE SCRAMBLING CARDIFF AND SWANSEA PREDICTED REPORT - Rivers in South Wales are low at the moment with very little rain for days now. Still good conditions for gorge walking, scrambling and canyoning in all areas including the Mellte and Sychryd rivers. May have to watch out for debris with the trees reaching into the water and dropping into the river, this may cause debris in many parts which could cause hazards including strainers.

WIND -  Moderate winds again and generally from all directions, highest winds will be from the North West and the East and dropping down on Wednesday and Thursday into next week.
SEA STATE and SWELL -  Relatively calm seas this week with low winds from most directions, No winds over 13 mph predicted so sea state should be calm for most regions including Cardiff, Swansea and up to Llanelli.

COASTEERING CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, CARMARTHEN PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT - Epic coasteering conditions this week, low swell, warm weather, light winds, good tides looks perfect all week. All areas in Cardiff, Swansea, Llanelli, Stackpole absolutely everywhere is good conditions for coasteering. Obvious precautions to test all sites and check weather and depth levels.
SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES PREDICTED WEEKLY REPORT- One word to sun up FLAT!! Absolutely no surf this week, get your paddleboard out or Kayak and get paddling its teh only chance to get in the sea for the next few days.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, PORTHCAWL, BRECON BEACONS, SOUTH WALES REPORT SUMMARY - Great conditions again for Coasteering, gorge walking, gorge scrambling, canyoning, paddle boarding, kayaking but not really for Surfing. Weather is looking calm and still for another week so should be good for a few days. We have three groups this weekend including Andrew and the Lads on their Stag weekend in Cardiff and also Nick and Gorge down with the rest of the team on an outdoor activity weekend on the mountains, in the rivers and on the sea.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES CONDITIONS REPORT UPDATE 05TH JULY 2019 - Very warm and dry today with light winds and calm still seas, perfect for coasteering in the South Wales area including Cardiff, Barry, Swansea and Stackpole Quay. Rivers are still low but on a .2 meters level perfectly acceptable for all gorge and canyon activities. No surf at all but great for Sea Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and touring on the open seas. Need to be very observant of the tides.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES CONDITIONS REPORT UPDATE 08TH JULY 2019 - Still warm, still dry and still sunny, the gorge is still running but need to get some water soon to get the rivers in flow. Great weather and conditions for coasteering with flat seas and light winds. No surf at the moment but may pick up for the weekend.
