We are in full flow now coasteering, Canyoning, Gorge Walking, Surfing, Kayaking, Rafting you name it we are doing it and with groups from all over the country and all shapes and sizes.

The weekend of the 03rd May we are welcoming Amit and 7 of the lads from london on a Stag weekend in Swansea, they are staying in the city center and are being picked up at 8.30am to be taken to the Canyoning site in the waterfalls region, the have been briefed and will get suited and booted for the half days activity, their instructor will be Jarrod, who will get them fitted in their wetsuits, helmets and BA's.

We than have Kate and the girl's with us on their Hen Weekend in Cardiff and the brecon Beacons, they are travelling to us to meet up at 9.30am again at the Gorge Walking site in pontneathffechan, the stunning waterfalls area of the brecon beacons. The girls have been planning the event for a long time with their instructors Lee and Jacob.

Just like to say a big well done to the team at Ty Hafan childrens hostpital in Cardiff who managed to raise thousands of pounds for the charity on their Rainbow Run event and well done to everyone taking part.
