Gorge Walking in the early hours of Saturday morning was ideal. Had the whole gorge to ourselves showing that the early start time is always worth it. Both Tom's and John's group loved canyoning. Traversing, climbing up waterfalls, going under them and of corse jumping off them freshened them up and they are now getting ready for the stag night in Cardiff. The river was low which made the jumps extra high adding to the adventure.

Pulled it off without a hitch as always, with such an adventurous, adrenaline fillled activity you'd think youd at least have a bruise somewhere? John's group looked very eager to test theyre mettle against Coasteering at Ogmore we hope to see them again, but this time to vault off a cliff into the sea. Back at Porthcawl HQ now, to bad theres no surf to cap our day off.
