Gorge Walking and Canyoning events near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales are looking very good for the next week, the weather is getting milder and the rain is coming in across the mountains, so the rivers are going to start running better through the next few days. The waterfalls should be flowing and the levels perfect for the both events. Keep an eye on the rainfall to much could flood the river levels, ggod for Kayaking but not for Gorge Walking and Canyoning.

Coasteering near Cardiff and in Swansea is looking good on Sunday and Wednesday, the swell is 1-2 foot and the winds are light so all in all should be a good couple of days for the activitiy, look out for higher winds and swell through the rest of the week.

Surfing near Cardiff and in Swansea is variable throughout the week, there is a definate swell coming through with a very good wave pattern but the wind could mess up the swell, drops off Sunday and Wednesday.
