What an amazing weekend, we were back in the water with my of so favourite activity Coasteering. We had Dave and the down with us on a big weekend Stag Party in Cardiff and they were definately up for a big un.

We met up on Saturday morning at it was beautiful, the sun was rising and the mist coming off the sea forming blankets all over the cliff faces. We got suited and booted and headed off to the cliffs with our Stag and all his mates to take our first plunge into the briny.

It was an initial shock for a couple of the boys after they had a few beers in Cardiff the night before but they soon woke up. We were off jumping off the cliffs, swimming along the rugged welsh coastline, surgeing up and down in the cracks and the clevisis.
