On friday we had the guys from Admiral insurance from Cardiff with us on a big surf session, the waves were pumping and the wind was blowing and the gang were ready and waiting to get into the surf.

We met in the center in porthcawl at 1.30pm and got changed into our wetsuits and got our boards, we then headed off down to the beach and started our brief on catching the waves.

Everyone was exited to get into the water and catch the green room, we had great fun trying to stand on our boards and surf back in. after a good session we were out and changed and took some great pictures which we have put onto facebook. The guys then got changed and headed off into Cardiff for a great night out.
