Just got to say one thing Woooooo!! We have had an amazing week this week in the water the surf has been amazing and the coasteering unbelivable.

We had jacob from porthcawl, Ray from Bridgend, and Roase and Jay from Cardiff with us on friday morning for a surf session, and what a session it was, the surf was amazing!! Double overhead at times and perfectly clean, the perfect day for a surfer but maybe not for a beginner. After the brief we shot down into the water to ride the huge beautiful waves of porthcawl.

After our surf session we were then ready for our coasteering day, we headed of to Swansea and to caswell bay for our coasteering session. Again the conditions were perfect with the waves the right size and the weather beautifull. We climbed, swam, traversed, jumped and played in the sea, again in the beautiful surroundings of caswell bay in Swansea.
