The season is well and truly in full flow as is the river and the sea's, we have just published all the pictures of Alvin and the Lads from London and Richard and his merry men both were with us on Friday for a fantastic day of Canyoning on the Mellte Gorge in the Brecon Beacons. Both groups were staying in Cardiff and for some strange reason Richard was then going to Bristol on the Saturday night, who knows?

We then came to Saturday and our boys from London Alvin and Richard C this time, Richards group were on a big Stag weekend in Cardiff and were 10 strong. The sea conditions were perfect so we headed off to the sea for a morning of Coasteering. Fair play to the lads they all turned up on time at 8am for an early morning start, but it was definitely worth it, the event was amazing, wild swimming, traversing, climbing, jumping and just having a great time.
