Gorge Walking, Gorge Scrambling, Canyoning, Ghyll Scrambling near Cardiff, Swansea and South Wales:  There hasn't been a lot of rainfall this week and the rivers are running low especially for this time of year. However the mellte river is flowing freely and the waterfalls still look amazing and with the late summer feel the conditions are warmer than usual. All activities in the rivers including Canyoning, Gorge Walking, Ghyll Scrambling and Gorge Scrambling are good for this week. We could do with some rain soon so keep an eye on the weather forecast.

Coasteering near Cardiff, Swansea in South Wales - The coasteering events could be good later next week, the swell and wind are dropping and the conditions are looking calmer giving the prospect of coasteering a good chance. Caswell Bay in Swansea is looking good for Monday and Tuesday next week with the swell and wind getting to suitable levels for the activity. Places nearer to Cardiff such as Ogmore by Sea and Barry will need the swell to calm down further before the activity can be safely run.

Surfing and Surf Kayaking -What can I say, the conditions have been pretty epic the last few days, the sun has been shining the water is 15 degrees and the swell has been a perfect 2 - 4 foot for the last couple of days. This seems to be continuing into the weekend. The tides are also small so the swell is lasting longer on the incoming and outgoing tides 3 hours either side of the high. So get your boards out and get in the water this weekend and have some fun while the conditions last

Events and Activities - Were still going strong with all our events and activities accross the region especially with Stag groups staying the the Cardiff and Swansea areas. We will be Coasteering, Canyoning and Surfing this weekend with James and the Lads staying in Cardiff for there big weekend of fun and activities and Sarah and the girsl on her hen weekend staying in Swansea and Surfing for the weekend.
