Smaller swells and lighter winds will affect the surf this week, best days will be Friday and Saturday on the incoming tides

The weather has calmed down creating perfect conditions for mountain activities including Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning. Conditions also looking good for coasteering after a long spell of bad conditions. Surf is low but good for Sea Kayaking.

We have a stag group situated in Cardiff on the gorge scrambling event on the weekend heading up to Pontneathvaughn waterfalls region, conditions are looking perfect.
