This is a tale of two halves, the first is good river levels for gorge scrambling, gorge walking and canyoning through out the waterfalls region, into the weekend high wind and more importantly rain will raise the rivers to levels that are not acceptable due to safety resons.

Big waves but also big wind, so this is all about choosing the right beach and tide. All West beaches are out built there will be a chance of waves on the sheltered beaches such as Coney, Langland and Caswell.
