Rivers are now running low with the lack of rain throughout the week but the land is still giving water so the waterfalls are flowing and the river levels good for canyoning, gorge walking and gorge scrambling. Temperatures will be cold.

Coasteering near to Cardiff and Swansea is hard to predict this week, the winds are Easterly are good for the Westerly facing cliffs but there is a solid swell all week which could make the conditions unsuitable especially on the incoming

SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES

Good solid swell all week and Easterly winds, could be quite epic on most West facing beaches especially Rest Bay and Llangenith, better on the incoming tide.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES REPORT SUMMARY

All gorge activities are looking good this next few days with water in the rivers and the land giving good flow at low levels. Coasteering is all dependent on the swell and surfing is looking epic.

The weather may still be cold but coming up to Easter we still have a fulll programme of activities on offer with Graham and Elliot on their Stag weekend events in Cardiff and Swansea heading up to the canyon for canyoning and gorge scrambling
