Heavily dependent on the rain especially on Friday which is bringing a downpour through the day. Rivers levels will be to high for safe gorge walking, gorge scrambling, canyoning on the days the river is over . 7 meters.  Monday is looking better and then good through the rest of the week. Update to let you know that the rivers where in there most spectacular flood yesterday, upto 1.5 meters high and raging.

SURF CONDITIONS REPORT CARDIFF, SWANSEA, SOUTH WALES

Swell is huge at the moment but very bumpy and stormy, high winds and rough sea states will mean heading to protected beaches for the better surf spots, on the weekend Coney Bay in Porthcawl and Langland in Swansea should get the best waves

Unfortunately no coasteering this week and varied conditions on the gorge walking areas. Conditions should get better after the weekend.

Instructor Technical Advisory session on Friday attended by Dyfed Evans, Stewart Brooke, Andy Meek and Lee Garbett in 1.5 meters of huge flooded river waterflow. Great day and fantastic scenery.
