Predicted Surf Conditions
Could be good swells in certain areas on the protected beaches especially around the Porthcawl region. Swell is big but so is the wind so need to head for Easterly and South Easterly beaches.

Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities Summary

Gorge walking and gorge scrambling looking good at the moment, canyoning really depends on the river levels on the Mellte river. Coasteering is a definite no go in South Wales but the surfing could be good on protected beaches.
