River levels have dropped considerably over the last few days, last Friday saw the highest level for many years at 1.87 meters considering usual level is .25 this was huge. This week the river levels will be low due to lack of rainfall in the area and all gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning activities will be acceptable over the next few days.

Conditions are looking good for coasteering on Satrday especially in the morning with low swell and Easterly winds . Sites close to Cardiff and Swansea should all be working well for Saturday. As wind and swell pick up Coasteering becomes more volatile with sea conditions becoming a lot rougher and more dangerous.

Weekend is not looking good but could be waves on Monday and Tuesday next week, with big westerly winds and swell need to look for sheltered areas such as Coney beach in Porthcawl.
