We'll at lat it looks like an end to the dry spell, we have heavy rain predicted for Sunday into Monday, all rivers are low at the moment but that will change after the weekend. The land is baked solid so the rain will bring a lot of flow into the rivers and possible debris from the banks and freeboard. Really need to be careful of debris in the rivers as well as flash flooding as the rivers increase so will the force of the water. Just remember a double increase is a 4 times faster flow of water. Gorge walking, gorge scrambling and canyoning activities are all good at the moment but need to re assess for Sunday on wards.

Big swells predicted over the weekend and into next week, strong winds are bringing the swells in, better swells will be on the beaches protected from the Westerly winds in the area and strong Southerlies. Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities

Everyone is coming to South Wales, Stag groups from Cardiff, Hen parties in Swansea, families from all over the world, scout groups, youth groups we have everyone with us and its been another fantastic season for coasteering, canyoning, gorge walking and all our outdoor adventures.
