Rain coming in over the nest few days and this was really needed for the river levels for gorge walking, canyoning and gorge scrambling on the sites close the Cardiff, Swansea and Brecon Beacons. The river's should rise to a good level for all gorge activities, the land is baked hard so may see quick run off.

Strange week of surf accross the South wales area, big winds and small swells are making prediction quite hard, need to look for open beaches close to Cardiff and Swansea and on the incoming tide.

Bank holiday weekend and we have many adventurers again enjoying the thrill and the exhilaration of the South Wales coast and mountains. Liliemay and the gang are celebrating her birthday with a trip upto the mountains to enjoy the adventure of canyoning and Katie will be joining in the fun. We are also planning a full coasteering session with Dan and the lads on their Sta weekend in Cardiff.
