Saturday and Sunday are definitely the best days for coasteering in South wales, the winds are offshore and the swell is very small, so looking perfect for these two days. Swell is picking up through the week after so probably no coasteering later into the week and definitely by the end of the week as the swell will be huge.

Predicted Surf Conditions
Surf this week to begin with is looking non existent, the swell is flat all over South wales, however the swell is definitely getting bigger by the end of the week but so is the wind so look for the protected beaches and the surf should be pretty epic.

Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales Group Outdoor Activities

Gorge Walking, Gorge scrambling, Canyoning and Coasteering are all looking excellent for the next couple of days. Then with the change in the weather the coasteering will become too dangerous and the swell will be pretty epic along the Welsh southern coastline.
