Levels in the river are very high at the moment and will increase over the next few hours into Friday. Friday should see less rainfall and increase again on Saturday. River levels are high at the moment so Canyoning is a definite no event but swift water gorge scrambling on the sychrd river could be manageable with extra coverage from qualified persons. The water levels must be monitored continuously to establish safe water levels.

Surf will be big and blustery over the next few days, need to look for sheltered spots facing Easterly or South Easterly for better conditions, easing off on Monday.

Swift water gorge and gorge scrambling over the next few days, Jamie on his stag group in Cardiff booked with agency, Brendan and the lads just down for adventure weekend and Andy and the boys again on their stag weekend in Cardiff.
