Very high rivers accross the region at the moment and relentless rain, definately no gorge scrambling, gorge walking, canyoning activities are acceptable at the moment. Only dry gorge is acceptable, great to see the rivers so high but must take real caution.

Predicted Surf Conditions
Huge swell and surf at the moment, the only problem is the wind which is also huge, need to head for protected beaches from the Westerly winds, such as Coney Beach in Porthcawl which should have good surf on the incoming tide.

Head for the coast and take your board, that’s the only real option this week, no coasteering, no gorge activities, or head into the mountains with your winter gear on and have a blast.
