River levels are low at the moment but will rise over night and into the morning as heavy rain is predicted throughout the South Wales area. Gorge walking, Gorge scrambling and Canyoning events are all good at the moment but will be affected by heavy rainfall in the morning, level monitoring will be essential for Saturday. The rest of the week is more settled and levels will drop back to reasonable average heights.

Predicted Surf Conditions
1-2 foot swells for the weekend picking up in the week considerably with predicted 11 foot swell on Wednesday but could get blown out by big onshore winds.

Canyoning and Gorge walking events on the weekend with Nick and the lads on their stag weekend in Cardiff, we also will be running coasteering on Saturday depending on the wind direction.
